Getting paid through MuliPay is quick and secure. Once a transaction is completed, funds are transferred directly to your nominated bank account within a clear timeframe.

Standard payouts (no issues):

• Most payouts arrive in your bank account within 2–3 business days from the transaction date.

Disputed transactions:

• If a customer raises a dispute, the payout may be placed on hold until the case is reviewed.

• Resolution can take up to 25 business days, depending on the bank’s process.

Rejected transactions:

• If a payment is unsuccessful or rejected, funds are returned within 2 business days.
